Message this is a typical plenum pull job. Once that's off the intake valve covers just unbolt and get lifted off. Solenoids are held down by 2 bolts, undo them and remove. You will need to apply some RTV (Permantex Ultra Copper or similiar) under the solenoids on the re-install.

For this type of job -- best to pull the exhaust valve covers too and re-apply RTV there. Those covers (unlike the intakes) use RTV to seal - so extra work to clean them up before re-installing. Just run a search on plenum pull or check the FAQs -- all the same info....
